This past weekend, Griffith Park was the vibrant heart of a truly special event that brought together brands with a shared mission of serving a collective purpose. The event, organized by Inclusion Matters by Shane’s Inspiration, took place at a unique playground designed specifically for non-neurotypical children. This inclusive space ensures that children with certain abilities can enjoy playtime in a safe and supportive environment.

The event was a resounding success, with an amazing turnout that highlighted the power of community. From the start, the atmosphere was charged with excitement and a sense of belonging. Attendees shared heartfelt stories, participated in a lively drum circle, and connected with wonderful brands dedicated to making a real impact.
Our incredible students delivered an inspiring demonstration set to "This Is Me" from The Greatest Showman. Their synchronized routine captured the essence of the song, celebrating the beauty of being unapologetically oneself. The performance was a testament to our dedication to promoting self-acceptance and confidence.
None of this would have been possible without the efforts of the Shane’s Inspiration team. Their commitment to creating inclusive spaces and organizing such meaningful events is commendable. As we look to the future, we can only hope for many more events like this that bring people together and celebrate the beauty of inclusion.
As we revel in the memories of this wonderful event, we are also gearing up for the second week of our summer camp. Excitement is in the air as campers look forward to more fun and enriching experiences. The spirit of community and support that was evident at Griffith Park will undoubtedly carry forward into the weeks ahead!
